One of the most complex aspects of the relocation is scheduling what applications and servers move on which weekend. 

Some servers might not be able to move at the same time as others and the moves have to fit in around business as usual activites.

Using a specially designed tool, and with the help from the application and infrastructure teams a schedule of moves can be built up.

Once the schedule is agreed - usually on a ten week rolling basis - the plan can be executed.
