Once we understand the environment we can plan the moves themselves.  This will involve planning allocating the interim staff to assist with the moves, appointing a relocation partner, and setting the timetable for the moves.  We will also be working to link in with your Change Control processes.

We would normally undertake a couple of pilot moves before embarking on the relocations proper to ensure that everyone is comfortable with the process. 

There is an optimum number of application servers that can be moved on any given weekend - we will work with you to calculate the optimum number.
